Our Process

** Call if you want us to book for you! **

  • 1. Book

    1. From Menu: Pick your gear
    2. Within Cart: Pick your dates and times
    3. Within Cart: select —> Self-Transport OR —> Choose a Location for NES to transport equipment to/from

    *Please book a minimum of 24 hours in advance when possible; please allow 2+ hrs for same-day bookings (subject to availability).

  • 2. Finesse Your Plans

    NES will call you after your booking to walk through your selections make finer adjustments if need be. If applicable, we will also text-message or email you maps of where to park, meet, suggested excursion routes, and other information.

  • 3. The Hand-Off

    --> IF YOU CHOSE TO HAVE NES DELIVER EQUIPMENT: meet at the delivery location. NES will meet you and your party on-site with equipment freshly cleaned and ready to be fitted, explained; skills will be shown, safety and route discussed, too!

    --> IF YOU CHOSE TO PICK-UP EQUIPMENT YOURSELF: meet at our shop at 26 Brickyard Ct., York, ME.

Choose your Gear + Accessories

Click through the categories within the 'Rent Gear' menu or from the gridded list below.

Add Gear + Accessories to your Cart

After you click into a product's page, click the thumbnail image on the right (scroll if needed) for product description, helpful insights, pricing, and to make availability and quantity selections.

Select the Location or Self-Transport option while in your Cart

To narrow your choice, first, review the many Location options within the 'Popular Places' menu for details. You can add a custom delivery address (e.g., vacation home) during Checkout.

Complete the registration info during Checkout

Fill out your contact info and answer other questions such as those that pertain to the fitment of gear and our safety policies. Remember to review and accept the Agreement prior to payment.

Complete your Booking!

  • You may make payment with nearly any major credit card.
  • We will ask for a matching ID at the time of equipment hand-off.
  • Review the many Preparation resources found within the menu of this website.
  • Get excited! We cannot wait to have you!
